Not a bad seat in the house!!
Yes, it is true, because many seats make it harder to see the stage or are up so high.
No "bad" seats, but like any venue, some obviousky better than others. If you can pick, go for front rows of Loge. Thay are perfect, especially for concerts.
The theater holds nearly 5,000 people so take it from there. If you happen to be on the side near the stage you're constantly craning your neck but I wouldn't call it a terrible seat.
There aren't any terrible seats but having just seen a production of Rent from way up in the rafters, I can tell you that the sound gets pretty muddy up there. For something other than a musical, just being high up wouldn't be too much of a problem I think. But for musical events, keep that in mind.
There are some seats that no matter the show the view is somewhat obstructed. Occasionally the play's scenery itself can create obstruction that wasn't there for another play.
There are some seats with obstructed views. When I go to see a play, I often take my opera glasses so I can see people's faces.
No bad seats in my opinion just different view points
Not that I am aware of and we have seen shows most everywhere. The top level is a climb but they do have a large elevator
