The prices vary depending on the show.
It usually depends on the performer. We saw the Silversun Pickups there and paid $35 a person for ground level standing room. The earlier you get there, the closer you are to the stage. We didn't know this beforehand and ended up about 6-8 people away from the stage!
I went for a graduation, so not sure of actual ticket prices.
I am not sure usually but i went for free screening of game of thrones. So yeah sometimes it is free
