When we went there was assigned seating in balcony. As others stated, SRO in the Orchestra section.
Anytime I've been its gen admin only in the orchestra. They would list seat numbers if they brought any in for a special occasion, though. There is a seated area in the blacony.
It's going to vary by event. I've been to concerts that were standing, but i just went to a comedy show where there were seats. You can call the venue to check, but I think it's standing GA (if you're going to a concert)
It varies by show and you should ask if it is not indicated when you try to buy a ticket. Usually a seat will be available to choose before you check out if the ticket is for reserved seating.
