Yes, if you're satisfied that the show is appropriate, the venue is just that, a place to see it. They have a bar, but so does Olive Garden.
It is, unless noted in the show, I've seen kids there many times before at numerous concerts
I've gone with my 16 year old, and there are younger kids sometimes. I wouldn't call it kid friendly, though, for a 9 year old. It's kid neutral. Bring ear plugs, though.
