I am confused — can I adjust the thermostat to AC? Or do I need to get a window unit? Nothings coming out of my vents when I adjust the thermostat.

This is a nice location, but no maintenance at all. Broken Sidewalks, potholes, bricks falling apart, and much more. Come and walk around. Thanks. Jun/29/2019

Sydney, The thermostats are for heat only. If one of our residents wants A/C they would have to purchase a window unit.

You have to have a window unit. And it is only allowed to be in a window not facing the street. The thermostat is only for the heat.
