Aaron, The employment age at Publix varies depending on the type of job that you want to do. An example: If you wanted to do a dangerous job like being a Meat Cutter (because of sharp knives and saws used in the job) you must be an adult (at least 18). All jobs at Publix will be classified as either Dangerous (18 or over) or Not Dangerous (16 or over) think Stocker or Bagger.
