I applied August 1st, when I go on it says "In progress" I haven't heard a thing. 4 months now, nothing. None of their numbers work. I heard the building is not open to walk ins anymore. Does anybody know what to do? This is ridiculous.anywhwhat D

Had to go down and fill out paperwork and what questions I wanted answered with a call back number and they'll call you back within 72 hours but they're pretty fast with the call back

I work here...you can fill out a questionnaire and drop it in the drop box at the building located at 1316 state street or you can call the help phone number and receive a ticket number and they will call you back but you will have to wait until your ticket number is up. I would suggest just filling out the paper at the office and leaving it in the dropbox
