I agree with Ward. Not overpriced considering location and quality. But for low cost grocery you will need to leave downtown.
On comparison to a regular grocery store, I'm,sure they are. But they are in downtown area where rent is expensive. Plus they carry more organic and specialty brands. Great place, good people, but not for the bargain hunter
