I believe if your 18 you can consent to it yourself but you can always call them the people there will be able to direct you and let you know what all u need ...😁

Getting your state id isnt hard,you need proof of address and a birth certificate or ssn and its only 16-17.50 for an id. You can certainly get your ears done no problem
