Take it there I work there not in that department I do accreditation or better yet go to mybbb.org search company and u can file a complaint also the BBB does free arbritation if they are members good luck
If there a manager, report to that manager. Report all things to the company and ask for them to come back out. Grab a second opinion on the matter and try to recall the last time it worked and report the difference. If you're not helped, then take all of that information to the. BBB to make a full report
