They wait for u To do something improperly and then chop u down and call it part of the training process.They have un trained people in charge of new comers and blame u for not knowing. You have to teach first and then correct people in a professional manner and not getting in people face. Further more they say they take parolees but won't sign there paper for approvalso that they can stay there.. How does that help?
