We do have 3 sizes: a small bag is $8.00, medium $12.00, and a large bag (1/2 bushel) is $18.00. Thank you for asking.
There is no per person fee. They charge you for the bag and then you just fill it. I can't remember how much the bags cost. There were three sizes last year when I went.
