I know this place mainly deals with jeeps but will they work on Gen3 4runners? I want to lift and put a turbo on but every place I've talked to don't know anything about upgrades.

Like Isaiah said, i would call and ask, but im one of his customers, and he's VERY busy. That's a huge job, so it would take a while. Its worth the wait, Scott, the owner, does great work.

We can more than likely assist, I wont commit fully just yet. I have done more than a few turbo upgrades to subaru's, a polaris... etc. So its just a matter of finding an appropriate kit, and making it function. As far as the lift... ToyTec. Really nice stuff.
