I had great service from maintenance department. If you want maintenance department ask Vincent, the department manger. He is really great.

I stopped going there like 10 months ago because of price (service fee) cheating, and I think they treat some group of ppl a little differently.
Ask for Hernan. Your experience is largely based on your financial position. They like you if you can buy, not so much if you can not. Don't be afraid to tell the manager you want a different sales person. Customer is always right, with in reason.
I never had a issue with them great service ask for Chester. They has always addressed my issues and I go to them despite having a Chevy dealer 15 minutes away from me. I travel for great service and that's what I have received from them.

Their service department is great. I used to go to Moore in Chantilly and got tired of the overpriced fake repair needs they kept making up. The folks at Page never did that, and they stand by their workmanship. I had a problem once where I had to do an emergency repair 6 months after having some fixed there. They recognized the problem, fixed it, and didn't charge me a penny. I was shocked because I didn't think the two repairs were linked. They could've easily charged me for the second repair without me ever knowing. That's why I now only use Page. I hope the car buying experience there is a pleasant as the service department because I plan on going to them for my next purchase.
