If you purchased a car from Page Chevrolet (or took out a loan to pay for the car) and have registered in with the state then you should be able to move to move to any other state. If you decide on purchasing a car in that state, you can trade-in the car you purchased from Page. Whether it makes financial sense to trade the Page car, only you can determine that.
