They have very good deals and sales regularly. The Tuesday chicken deal is awesome 8 pieces for $4.99. Best to order ahead.
They are high. It pays to go to the food lion off the island for a big shop. But they do run great sales, have a free item every Saturday and they have a whole isle like Lauren said with very cheap off brand goods.

That's just the way it is. I agree that its expensive.
I felt like the prices were comparable to the prices here in PA. They also had a section of their own brand which was quite cheap.
