You cannot return an animal just like that. I’ve rescued animals from places like VB exotics where they were left to die. This place is the only place I would bring them to be cared for and given a forever home. Many people think you can take an animal home and think it’ll adapt immediately but you have to give it time. Try to understand they are doing what they are suppose to find a solution to your situation. You cannot refund on live animals though. They also may misunderstand you as we are all humans who make minor mistakes.
You as customers need to take responsibility for yourself and do extensive research in any exotic u wish to keep. The store does a good job of educating People but it's YOUR responsibility to know how to take care of the creature you are getting and be prepared to make sure you can provide every requirement it needs, lighting, drip or spray watering, temperature, humidity, calcium, food sources, etc and that's only some of the basics. Chameleons are not easy keepers, know your ability and the animals requirements before you decide. It should be a life time decision you can live up too because the animals depend in us
