It's worth calling and asking. They are very helpful and if they are unable to they will be able to refer you to someone who can.

It's a pretty simple repair you can do yourself so long as you use the right silicone. There's videos on YouTube on how to do it.

If it can be done, they will know how. I'm not sure it can be done safely though.
