So this my second review of land and coats apparently Chad is apparently the owner lol. I had an issue and he stated that no one's else is going to talk to me. The customer service is a joke. The mowers might be great but the customer service is so far off from the mark it's un real. Honestly I would not give you all another dollar and I encourage everyone to run as fast as they can.

What's Worse? Traffic on VB Blvd during Rush Hour or Land & Coats Service. I'd get great service if I stopped in to spend some $$$ on a new zero turn, I only needed a v-belt to fix mine. Not worth keeping in stock or decent service. You're a mower repair buiseness?? My lawn can't wait for a special order, blvd traffic for pick-up : ( The dude either couldn't look up specs for a part number or was too lazy to. I prefer to shop Small Business but if you don't stock &#!%. I bought the belt needed on my way home at Lowes. 2 stars cuz I've been there twice and they failed me twice.
