I've been a loyal customer since 2019 all the way up to June 2022. The quality of Customer service received and the quality of the car washes has decreased by a lot. I'm sick of being rushed out of my car and having a bunch of guys yelling in spanish and yanking on the doors over and over again until they're unlocked. It builds up so much anxiety. On top of the fact they're rushing to barely do anything. I have been paying for the monthly pass for a while now and I finally gave it up after my last car wash. They didn't even vacuum under the front seats. I took a picture and showed it to the girl at the register and told her to cancel membership. I'm sick of paying for a very mediocre job. To top it off it doesn't even seem like management cares when it comes to losing customers. That was not the first time I complained about with the staff or the car wash i received and on top of having to point out all the spots that were missed.
