Took my car for an oil change been doing tor many years same place, I noticed my car was leaking oil drips Well today when I got my oil change I parked my car and checked to see if there was a leak It looked like they used the same seal on the screw over and over They didn't bother to change sthe seal . Now they only do exterior What happened to full service When you get to oil change?

Yes they do as stated above(below?). I suggest also opting for the car wash as well. They washed the car then pulled it aside and went into great detail to clean it, much moreso than typically. Im was pleasantly surprised.. as a heads up though, if you do take my advice, ensure you have an added 20 minutes in addition to the oil change.
I've been a loyal customer since 2019 all the way up to June 2022. The quality of Customer service received and the quality of the car washes has decreased by a lot. I'm sick of being rushed out of my car and having a bunch of guys yelling in spanish and yanking on the doors over and over again until they're unlocked. It builds up so much anxiety. On top of the fact they're rushing to barely do anything. I have been paying for the monthly pass for a while now and I finally gave it up after my last car wash. They didn't even vacuum under the front seats. I took a picture and showed it to the girl at the register and told her to cancel membership. I'm sick of paying for a very mediocre job. To top it off it doesn't even seem like management cares when it comes to losing customers. That was not the first time I complained about with the staff or the car wash i received and on top of having to point out all the spots that were missed. Once I was told by a manager that it's a basic car wash

Been going for 5 years no issue and my wallets always in the car. You really shouldn't leave personal items in your car during a was that's any place for safety
