Not sure what you mean about that? Everyone at this store is extremely helpful and it was nice not having to look for someone to assist you. I would actually say their customer service is beyond expectation.
Never had an issue with this. They have always been very helpful and friendly. The staff has never bother us after asking if we needed any help.
We are very sorry that we left that impression with you. We train our team to provide a level of customer support and engagement that people won't find in big box stores or when making purchases on line. We consider it a differentiating factor of our business. We also hire people who are super passionate about gear and getting outdoors. Each of our staff are experts in a particular outdoor activity and try to engage our customers on their favorite trails or gear. This time of year when we have fewer customers flowing in and out, we may be extra eager to talk to our customers and to find out more about them. Well, My point has been proven then if they havnt harassed any of my question answerers as a thief by litterally watching their every move and following them around the store always staying within 4 to 6 feet from them staring. I wont be back. And niether will any of my friends.
