The place serves alcoholic beverages so you have to be 21. Just like a liquor store anyone under the age of 13 has to be accompanied with a parent or guardian and they can not sit at the bar.
Yes they require you to be 21 to come in the establishment. Theres no 9pm rule like MD. Sorry to say, hope this helps.
