You might want to look into Burger 7 as I believe they use Halal beef, or at least used to. I remember they used turkey bacon as well to not break the rules.
Our steakburgers are made from 100% beef with no fillers. However, we do not certify that our beef is halal or kosher.
I doubt it. It's a fast food restaurant.
