From last week I'm calling and no one answers this number, it seems like the last straw I've sent mail and they don't answer either! I don't know why there is one that closes early and another that never answers!!! Terrible service .

I have been calling and sending emails for two months to renew my passport and they do not answer the phone or respond to my emails. My son and I have expired passports and we want to travel and we don't know what to do. Terrible service, and no one gives an answer

I have not had that answer. They have treated me well. But in general all the Consulates are as you expect in the doctor's offices ... eternal !!!!!!
