This is exactly correct. The problem is you cannot completely explain it logically. It is so much more than just an intellectual comprehension of the mind. Most people talk about their experiences but it never does justice to the actual experience. Also keep in mind there is extensive preparation and there should be extended integration work after the weekend. If you dont do this other work you will not see the true benefits.
