In DC you can possess and gift (for free) upto 2oz. In order to use this and other dispensaries though you need a card.go on facebook and join the real Washington dc recreational group you'll find some people who can help.
Hi Darryl, DC is a medical cannabis state, but we also accept cards from most states that have a medical cannabis program. We do not say that any US citizen over 21 can purchase. You are not permitted to purchase in DC if you do not have a valid medical cannabis card from a recognized state. I hope this clears up any confusion.
Takoma Wellness is only medical use. You can not BUY cannabis in DC. The DC area is medical and recreational but it must be gifted to you.
