My cousin & I are driving to DC in October from Toronto, Canada to vist her brother in Arlington. She has a Canadian licience for weed, however will not be taking any with her because of Border issue. How can she get some in DC without any issues?

DC does not accept international medical cards. And asking online isn't an issue, it's legal. Ignore the stupid people.

DC usually allows from other states and gives you ther list of states they accept. If not you'd have to ask someone to go in and get it for. Or try registering as a MD caregiver or user as I know they let some out of towners to register but a whole other country... I'm not sure
