Not anymore, anybody 21 or older w valid i.d can get it doesn't matter if your out of state even though DC isn't one lol
Can I buy from there with out med card? I from KY no med card just KY id
Actually, we can see anyone with a medical card from any state except Virginia at this time. Just bring your medical cannabis card and your government issued photo ID.
That is no longer the case. You can go to any dispensary in dc, if you have card, but the service and quality at Takoma are enough to make TW your home dispensary. Love the staff!
In DC you’re not allowed to sell recreational cannabis, only medicinal, to people from states mentioned by the owner. It is legal however, to obtain it as a “gift” for buying an $80 lighter... and to have on your possession and use recreationally, just make sure you’re not on federal property as it’s still illegal there.
That's not the case anymore. Anyone with an MMC from Baltimore can go to any medical dispensary in D.C. because finally after 2 years of saying it, reciprocity kicked in. What's this I'm hearing about your reciprocity is only good for 1 dispensary and you have to choose and go to that 1 only and pay $100 fee to be able to register or something. What the heck is the real deal as of july20th 2018?
We are getting close to reciprocity
You cannot get medical marijuana from any of registered marijuana dispensaries in Washington DC unless you have the certificate. Your certificate IS NOT transferable between dispensaries. For example if when you applied for the certificate, you choose Takoma Wellness Center, you can use your certificate only at Takoma Wellness Center.
You have to be a resident of Washington, DC register and pay $100 fee to be able to use Medical Marijuana Dispensaries in DC including the Yakima Wellness Center.
