I bought one at the store when I picked up my car but the happened to have it in stock. They don't keep a lot in stock so often have to order it.
I did receive notification that the parts were shipped. I then followed up using the UPS tracking number. My order was pretty simple and was common cable and connectors parts. I received the order very quickly about 3 days.
Did you receive any notification confirming it had been processed or tracking information?
