You must be age 50 + to join a Senior Center in Albuquerque, Bernalillo County. It costs $20 per year to become a member. Once you become a member to a Senior Center, you automatically become a member to all six Senior Center's & two Multigenerational Centers. The Department also has two full size state of the art gyms. You can't beat the prices for breakfast & lunch, they are really economical. I mean, for example where else can you go purchase a single pancake for just .25 cents. There is an Activities Catalog that the Department of Senior Affairs distributes twice a year; one from January to June & another from July to December. This Activities Catalog tells you everything that goes on at the Senior Centers from Classes, Trips, Presentations, Events, Addresses & Telephone Numbers, Day's & Hours of Operation to each of the Centers, etc. Please, if you're 50+ come join our Senior Centers in Albuquerque! There's always something going on & you're sure to have a great time!
Los Volcanes Senior Center is a fantastic facility. My wife and I have been using the gym facilities for six years and I am still impressd every time we go. Two thumbs up!
