I would like to start a greeting card craft class through Meetup and would like to know if I can reserve a room twice a month? If so, is there a fee?

That's a good question. My guess would be "no" since the Senior Centers are set up mostly to support the elderly. There are many classes offered at the various sites which are either at no cost or for a minimal fee to the participant. These classes are published yearly by the City of Albuquerque's Department of Senior Affairs. My first step would be to contact them at 764-5400, www.cabq.gov/seniors, or alternately, visit a site such as Palo Duro, and speak with the manager there. Palo Duro also has a gift shop for crafts run by seniors. I hope this answer helps to get you started in setting up your class! I know I'm interested! Good luck!

K know they had a zumba class at Palo Duro senior center last time I was there which was several months ago. However they are always looking for input from us older, sexy people so if they currently do not have a zumba class, all it takes is a few requests to get it on their calander.

The question was; "Does the Palo Duro Senior Center have showers? The answer is; "No showers." But they offer a lot to its members ($15/yr.), and it is super worth the price!" The minimum age for being; 'senior' is 50 years old. I like meeting the beautiful women there my age! Wonderful place!
