People have 7 days then the animal is put up for adoption but if the animal is still there after 7 days and you can afford the bording fees they will release the pet to you

It all depends when you call them I'd say probably two to three hours ]ossibly longer due to shortage of officers.
About an hour and a half, depending on how busy it is. 11am is a good time to go.
