June 19 call 311 for a free cat fix voucher and yes they take in kittens. I can also help find homes for kittens if u need help.

Treated my panda great after he was let go thank God thought manners helped him to get through process from beginning to end fixed chipped every thing city wanted before would realize had shots but they required things above done. Scary experience but all worked out🐶👍

Yes and I'm not sure. I believe they have a "spay your momma" program, where you take the cat and kittens to the shelter. They spray the momma and return her and they keep the kittens, spay/neuter them, give them a rabies shot and microchip and put them up for adoption.
