I want to Marry my girlfriend that gave birth to our son in 2015 how do I get a marriage license and do we also need a copy of our sons birth certificate? I did sighn the birth certificate at the hospital so my name is on our sons but do I need it .

Dont need the birth certificate. And I'm pretty sure you just go down and sign the papers, but this has to be done at the court house.
