Depends on the show, but I would say roughly 30 mins.
Michael and Hancher Auditorium got it! We attended the New Year's Eve Gala in 2018/19 (spectacular by the way!) And we had to pick up our will call tickets. It took us about 10 mins but there were very few people waiting for will call tickets for this event. I'd stick with 30-35 mins.
Hi, Ms. Kron. Mr. Burke is right on. It depends on the show, the number of people attending the show, the number of people who are at the box office to purchase or pick up tickets...even inclement weather can affect the process. If you have tickets to pick up for JERSEY BOYS, arrive at least 30 minutes in advance of curtain. Audiences will be over a thousand for each performance.
