Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, no one other than employees are allowed into the building. You stay with your pet until it is their turn, then an employee will come collect your pet and completed questionnaire. After the doctor has performed the exam and any requested service, your pet will be returned to you. In the future, hopefully you'll be able to come inside with your pet. Currently, however, that is not a possibility.
