I wish I could give you an answer to that question but my cat received more than just a rabies shot she got a leukemia vaccine rabies vaccine and a bunch of other shots putting distemper booster as far as them saying that they only do that in January they never told me that when I was there that they had a schedule of shots for a given months because otherwise my cats would not be up to date with all her shots. What I can tell you though is you do have to make an appointment to bring your animal in that I do have to tell you it is not by walking you must make an appointment for any visit that you want to make to them. They give rabies vaccinations when neutering. Not sure if they finally have a vet for their clinic yet, as the other one they had left last spring. It'll be by appointment most certainly.
