Well it may still be good; but having been their customer for many years i have see quality of food (and every thing else) decline. Service has gone from barely acceptable to terrible. If you dont speak korean they simply ignore you. Price has gone up. With less competition (many other places in area have closed for good) they have no incentive to improve. Hence the many bad reviews lately.
