The do it yourself kiosk is open 24/7
The last couple of times I visited veip in Owings Mills, the automated kiosk was out of order.
Kiosk is 24 hours and 7 days. It means that you use kiosk on your own time for VEIP. sometimes servicers will be there during the day time.
The web reports the kiosks are 24/7.
