They are not mechanics. U need to take it to a reliable mechanic. Most AutoZone staffs only help install petty things like battery or test battery, wipers, engine codes or floor mat replacement or add freon to car. That's all. They are not Certified mechanics. Take ur car to a reputable shop where u know that's what they do for a living. Hell there are mechanics hanging outside this same autozone in Landover
I believe they do assist in troubleshooting those issues
