Ive had a Po Box there for many years the last staff members were very helpful and friendly but i noticed a chance in staff a couple years ago i think around the time covid began or maybe a little before than but that's where the problem started the new staff is the worst customer service is horrible all i did was ask about my package and i received nothing but attitude not really sure who to complain to staff needs to be replaced asap very 😡 unhappy customer

Rudest and most horrible staff behavior ever. I have even reported them to the post office higher ups with no change. Ooo so many horrible experiences. There is I think one who is nice but the others I've experienced are rude and refuse to help or offer advice or redo a request to correct it. Forget about going within an hour of closing time and they get 10 times ruder and may refuse to work at all. I get anxiety even at the thought of going to this post office. I go to the one on Baltimore Ave in Riverdale whenever possible. I wish I could leave multiple reviews but needless to say it's 2022 and they are just as bad. They don't even watch the counter when I go. They basically hide in the back from customers hoping you will go away. I wonder if the mayor or the president or God could assist with this train wreck of a post office

Their mail carrier marked they attempted to deliver my package which was a lie because I was home all day by the window and tracking my package!they never came!
