To be such a new location it sure was Dirty! No customer's in the lobby however there was food all over the floor trash on the tables. Employees cussing out loud, no tolit paper. An a employee standing by where the food is being cooked eating!

I'm training here. The lobby stays clean, and the only food I've seen on the floor is during rush hours. Of course you will not get exemplary service as long as you keep going at 11:45-1:30, that's when we are at our busiest and from what I experienced so far, it's the ppl who are asses that complain because there really is no reason to. The only issue I see is a 2-3 min wait time when we are backed up and for Wendy's that's damn near #1 in my book, I've had 10 minute waits at McDonald's right across the street from us so I can tell all these complaints are from ppl looking for a cuisine at a damn fast food restaurant 🙄

I stopped there every Wednesday and there's always a crowd and there's never any real trash except for on the floor back there when I drop a hamburger roll or some papers and stuff while they're doing the dinner rush you must come in right afterwards
