You can try Northern pharmacy on the corner of Northern Parkway and Harford Road I don't know why they wouldn't fill it but it's cuz they don't have it I'm sure the pharmacy would
Call back to Patient First and ask for the nurse and let them know you are unable to fill it at any CVS pharmacy and they should be able to help you find another pharmacy to fill it or at least some kind of resolution to your problem.
