This is beautiful : mind you the place has an OB/GYN & I'm sure have treated women post pregnancy matters. I happened upon an emergency - call it what you want, 'maternity pad' 'post pregnancy pad' 'post pregnancy sanitary pad' : NOT ONE SINGLE SOUL WORKING IN THAT PLACE KNEW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT! AND IF THEY DID AND WAS ACTING AS IF THEY DID NOT, THEIR BEHAVIOR SPEAKS LOUDLY ABOUT THEIR INCOMPETENCE AS MEDICAL PROVIDERS.

Waited over 50 minutes for a nurse visit. When I ask the front staff how long would it take they ask again my name and waited for other 40 minutes. When I asked again if I was going to be seen a front staff member asked a medical assistance if she knew anything she was rude an responded that she didn’t know anything about it and walk away. Finally after 1 hour and 30 minutes they come to get me for the visit.

DO NOT GO HERE. Pediatrician's office was terrible. Lost daughter's newborn screening and bloodwork on 2 different occasions. They also scheduled me for her 1 year vaccines too early, knowing that the state wouldn't allow her to get vaccinated that early, but didn't tell me, so we had to pay for multiple visits. They also screwed up her COVID test (even though we knew she was negative because everyone around her was). WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY PHYSICIANS OFFICE.

I love this location. Everyone is always so personable and really takes their time to listen to your concerns. Dr.Varghese is very good at what she does and is extremely nice. Highly recommend.
