I was curious, is it normal for staff to hang up on customers 3 times when asking to place an order for pick up? Kind of discouraging Crazy part is, I started the 3rd call my saying “I’ll pay over the phone with my credit card and show id”. 😡

That is crazy! I would try to get in touch with the manager to let them know what happened to you. I never tried to place an order over the phone with them. Only ate at the bar. Their food is really good. Fast service too.
