FACTS — The front window was dirty. The glasses we were given had lipstick marks on them. There were no placemats on the table. However, The waiter was attentive to our needs. This restaurant is very dark inside as there is not much lighting. The salad was overloaded with dressing. The pizza was ok. If you like eating your pizza in the dark, this is the place for you. If you enjoy lighting AND value cleanliness, go elsewhere. I would hope you are not the owner writing this response as I find it very unprofessional and rude being that I did spend money on your establishment and am voicing my opinion and concerns of things that I did not like that other people may have experienced as well. Instead you take offense and call me a joke ? I did mention the glass to the waiter who as I said was attentive to our needs and replaced it. I did not ask for placemats as I’ve seen none on the tables and only assumed you do not use them. If that’s how you treat criticism instead of using it to better your business then your probably not gunna be in business that long. And in my experience of eating at restaurants dirty windows are never a good sign however i continued to give your business the benefit of the doubt but was still disappointed. Do what you want with my experience I’m only being honest.

Amazing experience and service at Molto Pizza! Our waiter was extremely personable and was great. The pizza is the best in the Babylon/West Islip area. The food was fantastic!!!! Highly recommend.

Really disappointed… heard great things about this place and then had a pretty poor experience. We dined in on a Friday night. It was definitely steady but not super busy (about 8 tables). They sat us right away. We ordered two pizzas and it took over 45 minutes. Parties who were sat after us got served before us. We had to flag down the waiter to ask where our pizzas were before they came out to us. No one checked on us or asked us why were sitting for so long with no food in front of us They offered to refill our waters but then never did. They never checked on us again. I had to go to the back to find someone to bring us a box and our check when we were finished. Then it took them a really long time to bring us the check. They had our card for 15 minutes before bringing to back for us to sign. I’m understanding that restaurants get busy and sometimes things take a long time. But the fact that no one ever checked on us or communicated with us about why everything was taking so long was a huge bummer. The pizza was tasty. They clearly use high quality ingredients and have a great coal-fired oven. But the service was so poor we’ll probably never go back. Great food can’t make up for poor service. We’re new to town and have been excited to try all the restaurants and this was such a let down.
