I have had nothing but glitches and mistakes which have caused my child and I to go without coverage but getting billed! It is crazy

Same! I am diabetic & my daughter had ADHD & we are both going without & no-one will help us.

The same thing has happened to me too. Now the IRS is billing me for a mistake NYS of health made.

Have you reached out to a Navigator in your area? They can assist you in person with filling out the application.
