What's the atmosphere like on Sat night as far as the music and dance floor

It's very loud, Lively, crowded, high energy. There's no dance floor although some people just break out dancing at the bar.

Thanks , might check it out this coming sat , looking for a nice live mature spot with a dance floor in Nassau or Suffolk
