Service dogs only.
On the patio I don't think they would mind if your dog is well behaved. I've seen a couple with their bully eating on the patio..

No... it's not a good place for a dog. I'm sure they'd make allowances for a service dog but otherwise no.
We ate there 3 times in the last week and drove by several times a day and saw no dogs at all.
